What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Game Data
We collect and maintain Player Account Data and High Scores Data in our server. These data are automatically collected for all players of our games. Player Account Data contains Player’s Game State and Player’s credentials. Player’s Credentials in Player Account Data may allow our server to identify a player as an existing player when the player logs into the game from a new device. This allows our players to play with the same Player Account from many devices. Player’s Game State in Player Account Data allows the player to continue game right from where he or she left previously. High Scores Data allows us to show global high score lists and friend highscore lists in the game.
Player Account Data in our server contains following information:
- Player ID that is allocated by us and uniquely identifies single Player Account.
- Name that Player has entered to his or her Player Acccount.
- Country that Player has entered to his or her Player Account.
- Steam User ID Hash that identifies the player in Steam if Steam is enabled for Player’s account.
- Oculus User ID Hash that identifies the player in Oculus Store if Oculus is enabled for Player’s account.
- Player’s game state: amounts of games played, selected ball, Steam name, Oculus name, owned installations, throw results and such.
Voice Chat
Voice Chat is an optional feature that player may choose to activate. Voice chat data is processed in game servers managed by Photon Engine and forwarded to other online players. Voice chat data is transmitted over the Internet and is not encrypted. Voice chat data is not stored by Proeminent Code SRL.
Analytics Information Collection Regarding Usage of Our Games
We use a game analytics services to collect and analyze usage information from PC versions of The Game. Game analytics services are provided by GameAnalytics and Unity Technologies Ltd. Analytics information is collected, maintained and utilized following game analytics service providers’ privacy policies. Privacy policies are available at:
Analytics Information regarding online playing
Proeminent Code SRL logs information regarding usage of online playing features of the games. Logged information may contain player account identifier and any actions performed online, such as sent chat messages and actions in played games.
Analytics Information regarding proeminentcode.com web services usage
Proeminent Code SRL logs information regarding all web requests to proeminentcode.com domains. Logged information contains client IP-address, the page that client has requested and any request parameters given.
We use Google Analytics to collect web site visitor statistics from www.proeminentcode.com. Service is provided by Google LLC.
